Our History
Founded in 2005 by Gail Allen in Chicago, Illinois, PECG, LLC was started to address
the training needs and the curriculum-development requirements of working professionals.
Gail saw many businesses and organizations missing out on growth opportunities by
not tapping into the potential of their diverse staff. She addressed this issue
by developing quality training programs, curriculum, and assessment tools for these
companies to maximize their productivity, enabling them to be more efficient and
competitive in their field.
